About Ivy

A Kentucky-based real estate professional, Ivy brings more than a decade of experience working in high-pressure, sensitive environments worldwide. He supports BHG’s commercial and private-client relationships, providing strategic oversight for institutions, corporations, and large estates.

Ivy’s real estate approach is shaped by years leading international documentary and research projects across Africa, Southeast Asia, the Amazon, and Antarctica. His work required strict confidentiality and close coordination with scientists, engineers, humanitarian organizations, and government stakeholders—often in unstable regions where discretion and precision were essential. These experiences inform a disciplined, detail-oriented approach well suited to complex transactions.

Ivy holds a M.A. degree in Global Sustainability with a focus in cultural anthropology, strengthening his expertise in communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural awareness. His experience supporting infrastructure and surveying projects involving proprietary data reinforces his ability to evaluate acquisitions across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets. 

Ivy brings a detailed, disciplined approach to working closely with institutional investors, publicly traded REITs, private equity firms, private family offices, 1031 exchange buyers, and individual investors to drive continued growth and value creation. He offers integrity and a global perspective in representing high-net-worth clients, private transactions, and off-market opportunities.
